Data & Removal Requests

Last updated July 21, 2026

How to delete your account, remove a public creator profile you don’t have an account for, disconnect a linked platform, and exercise your data rights.

This page explains how to control the data Zomler holds. There are two main paths: deleting the data tied to your account, and removing a public creator profile that appears on Zomler even though you never signed up. Both are covered below.

01Overview

Choose the path that fits your situation. If you are a registered user, start with “Delete your account.” If your public profile appears on Zomler and you are not a user, use “Remove your public profile.” If you connected a platform account, see “Disconnect a linked account.”

02Delete your account

You can delete your account from your account settings, or by emailing support@zomler.com from the address on your account. When you delete your account, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it, except for records we are required to keep (see “What we retain” below).

03Remove your public profile

If your public creator profile appears on Zomler and you are not a registered user, you can still ask us to remove it. Email support@zomler.com with the profile URL or handle and a way for us to verify that the profile is yours (for example, a message from the linked contact, or a temporary confirmation in your public bio). Once verified, we remove the profile and its stored data.

We aim to action verified removal requests within 30 days, and typically much sooner. Because public information can be re-discovered, there may be a short window before all cached copies clear; a removal also tells our systems not to re-collect the profile.

04Disconnect a linked account

If you connected an Instagram or YouTube account, you can revoke Zomler’s access at any time, from your Zomler settings, or directly through the platform (for Google/YouTube, use Google security settings; for Meta, use your app settings on Instagram or Facebook). On revocation, we stop accessing the account and delete the connected-account data we hold for it, except where retention is legally required.

05What we retain and why

After a deletion or removal request, we may retain limited information where the law requires it, for example, billing and tax records, or records needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We retain only what is necessary and for no longer than required.

06Your other data rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, port, or restrict processing of your data, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information as defined by law). These rights and how to exercise them are described in our Privacy Policy.

07How to submit a request

Send any data or removal request to support@zomler.com. To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity or ownership of a profile before we act. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
